Florida Ranked 4th Most Populous State
Three states -- Florida, California and Texas -- would account for 46 percent
of total U.S. population growth between 2000 and 2030, according to U.S. Census
Bureau projections. Over the next six years, Florida, now the fourth most
populous state, is expected to edge past New York into third place in total
