The Preserve at Arbor Lakes Goes Condo

Crosswinds Communities, a Michigan company, has converted the 284 apartments at The Preserve at Arbor Lakes into a condo community called Lakecrest Condominium and began offering the units for sale over the weekend.

Crosswinds bought the property in October 2004 as its first Jacksonville project. The complex is at 10150 Belle Rive Blvd. between J. Turner Butler Boulevard and The Avenues mall. Current residents have the first option to purchase a Lakecrest home. Prices start in the low $100,000s.
