July Home Sales
The frenzied pace of existing home sales in Florida eased in July with a total of
21,669 homes changing hands for an 8 percent decline, according to FAR.
Meanwhile, the statewide median sales price rose 33 percent to $252,300. The
national picture was similar: Sales of existing single-family homes decreased from
record levels with a double-digit increase in median price, according to NAR.
