Record Month in Home Sale

Florida’s housing market blazed red-hot and set a record pace last month with a total of 26,791 homes sold -- a 31 percent increase over the previous June’s sales total. The statewide median sales price rose 19 percent to $189,700. NAR also reports record sales nationwide -- 2.1 percent more than May's record-breaking numbers.
