Toscana Condominiums at St. Johns Town Center

Dayco Holding Corp., a Miami developer, has teamed up with Jacksonville-based The Devlin Group to develop Toscana, a 130-unit, two-tower condo project at St. Johns Town Center. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring.

Dayco worked with The Devlin Group on condos at the Serenata Beach development in St. Johns County, but this is the first time the company has entered the Southside market.

"It is an area we have been considering for many years," said Jessica Suarez, vice president of development for Dayco in Jacksonville. "We are fortunate to be a new part of the Jacksonville landscape and are eager to introduce homebuyers and industry professionals to our international development expertise."
